End User License Agreement
Effective date: August 10, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FoodHaul ("we," "us," or "our") for the FoodHaul application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this EULA.
1. Acknowledgement
This EULA is concluded between you and FoodHaul only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). FoodHaul, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. This EULA does not provide usage rights broader than the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of license
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once, except as permitted by law.
3. User-generated content & zero tolerance policy
The App lets users post content and interact with others. FoodHaul maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the App you agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes the rights of others. You can (a) report objectionable content, (b) block abusive users, and (c) contact us at doug.mckay84@gmail.com. We remove objectionable content and eject abusive users within 24 hours where appropriate.
4. Maintenance & support
FoodHaul is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services. You may contact us at doug.mckay84@gmail.com.
5. Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are FoodHaul's responsibility.
6. Product claims
FoodHaul, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection or similar law.
7. Intellectual property
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, FoodHaul, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
8. Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Third-party terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data-service agreement). Third-party services and content accessed through the App are governed by their own terms.
11. Third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except as otherwise required by the App Store Terms of Service or applicable law.
